Keeping you safe on your tour.

Customer Notice Regarding COVID-19

Last Updated: 27 January 2021

The wellbeing and safety of our customers is, and has always been, our highest priority. We are taking the public concerns around Coronavirus very seriously.

We are keeping up to date with the advice and restrictions in South Australia, and our services are operating in line with current guidelines. We are checking this advice daily and if the situation changes we will update this information accordingly.

During this time, we are offering increased flexibility to customers with regards to rescheduling, and are encouraging all our providers to take extra precautions with regards to health and safety.

With our wine tours, in some locations the number of people on a tour is capped due to winery capacity limits to adhere with their social distancing guidelines. We will advise you at the point of enquiry if this impacts your plans and explore other options with you.

Flexibility for customers

We have waived the last minute rescheduling fee for customers who are impacted by Coronavirus. We appreciate that the situation is evolving daily, and we have updated our policy to be flexible as well. If we cannot go ahead with your event due to Covid restrictions/outbreaks, we will reschedule you free of charge. If you (or someone on your experience) is unwell, we are able to refund you for that person up until and including the day before your event. You don’t need to commit to a date up front either - you can come back to us when the time is right for you!

How are we keeping you safe?

  • All of our providers are taking extra precautions during this time to ensure health and safety is at the forefront of everything they do.

  • If you’re on a tour, they have been given guidance on how to ensure our vehicles are cleaned and sanitised to a high standard. We have also advised the team on extra cleaning and hygiene procedures they should carry out during this time to reduce the spread of disease. This includes carrying hand sanitiser or antibacterial wipes, and encouraging customers to wash their hands at each venue along the way.

  • If any of our providers are unwell or have been travelling internationally in an impacted region, they are not working with us for 14 days as per the World Health Organisation advice.

  • If you or people on your experience are unwell (runny nose, fever, coughing, sneezing), they will not be allowed to attend the tour. We trust you understand this is for the health and safety of all our customers.

We are committed to helping you connect with your community and loved ones in a safe and fun way! Please don’t hesitate to give our friendly team a call if you have any specific questions.
